This is Sharisee Frails, 42, picking up a lump sum of $5.7 million today at the Kings Plaza Shopping Mall (on the right is Yolanda Vega, a lottery spokesperson). When Sharisee won the Lotto, her first reaction was to write a secret entry in her diary. She bought the winning ticket Dec. 18 on Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn, at the Express Stop Candy Store. But she didn’t find out she had won until January when she scanned her quick pick numbers (1-15-38-41-50-52). Sharisee, a former Verizon repair technician who suffered a stroke 8 years ago and now has to use a motorized scooter, says she just plans to “live comfortably” and share cash with family members. The taxes on her jackpot are $3.5 million.
