anybody know whats going on with the gaseteria on empire between washington and franklin? walked by on tuesday and they were removing the sign, the overhead awning came down sometime last week.. i am hoping the lot has been bought and something new is coming, but i fear it will remain a boarded-wasteland...

Construction at 90 Sullivan Place actually started a few years ago. The structure was about 75% complete when a stop worker order halted things for about three years. I saw construction crews resuming work last month.
