Brian John O’Mara: Obituary Posted; Funeral Today; Send a Memorial via Paypal

The funeral for Brian O’Mara, who died at the age of 22 after being struck by a Brooklyn-bound L train on January 21, 2012, was held this morning.

Brian O’Mara, who graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, was the former secretary and past fraternity member of the Tau Chapter of Pi Kappa Aplha-UNC. He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Mary (nee Cotter); siblings Christopher and Lauren; and grandmother Josephine.

Brian O’Mara’s funeral took place at St. Josephs R.C. Church, Garden City, NY, and he is interred in the St. Charles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, you should make a donation to the Brian O’Mara Memorial via Paypal, using the PayPal address brianomaramemorial@gmail.com.
