Food Network is doing a show with Bobby Flay about "food entrepreneurs. They've shot their pilot, and are currently seeking to cast Brooklynites who "are in the process of opening up a restaurant, bakery, sandwich shop or any similar type of food business." You must have a storefront with walk-in customers.
A new Food Network series is looking for FOOD ENTREPRENEURS. Specifically, people who are giving up everything to pursue their passion of launching their own food business.

• Must be planning to open a brick-and-mortar space with walk-in customers (restaurant, bakery, sandwich shop, etc.)
• Must be aiming to open this year
Those chosen will receive culinary & business coaching from Bobby Flay, as well as invaluable national publicity. This series is about receiving Bobby’s guidance to help your business become successful. We are not offering any financial assistance.
Those interested that fit the guidelines, please email the following: Outline your timeline, budget, menu, team, and especially what’s at stake for you in this endeavor (why you are doing it and what risks, financial as well as personal, you are taking). We are highly interested in the “human-interest” angle of your story. There is no deadline for submissions. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with you story!
