The weather is warming up, sandals are coming out of hibernation, and school is slowing to its annual close. It is time to get rid of all the stress of homework, finals, and SATs. Come work it out of your body through the breath, movement, and dance of yoga!
Welcome to beginners and those with experience. This is a non-judgmental environment wherein everyone can get school out of their bodies and prep for a fabulous summer! Come live, play, sweat out the small stuff.
