Green-Wood Cemetery-Winter 2007...or is it?

Thought we'd be posting a few shots of a snowy serene scene from Green-Wood's hills, but heck "January showers bring May flowers?"

Enjoy a bit of green from Green-Wood Thanks to Global Warming :?

  • I noticed some flowering cherry trees in Marine Park last week. Crazeh stuff. Wonder how this will bode for fruiting trees.

Not well, since most flowering plants (and flowers) only produce flowers once...let's hope they are isolated anamolies. The cherries in Green-Wood we saw were all planted last year and of the same species.

I will be truly bummed if it ruins the blooms in the spring. In my opinion they are better than BBG's.

Fingers crossed, though camera at the ready :)
