I myself am a pretty outgoing and lively person but when I come home I like to relax in a peaceful, zen like environment.

The Apartment:
I would be the only other person living in the apartment.
Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Not a walk through and plenty of privacy!
Shared eat-In Kitchen & Bathroom. There is also a small space for a couch/futon in the common area.
Restaurants & Shops all nearby!
Laundry is located ACROSS THE STREET! Amazing!
Apartment building has 6 units, all families.
Location & Transportation:
3 blocks to Major Shopping Strips, Restaurants & Grocery Stores. There is even a Organic Health Food Market within walking distance!
(M) train is only STEPS AWAY from the apartment. Recently the M train line has changed and now goes directly into & up through MANHATTAN (easy commute)!
(L) train & Bus Central is only a 4 min walk from the apartment.
24 Hour Trains & Buses within walking distance
