House located on Park Place and Franklin, near all major transportation (subway 4,5,2,3, S, A, C & buses), shopping and a few nice new restaurants in the area. Person must be quiet and responsible (no wild parties please). Share the apartment with owner's mother who is there only about 6 months out of the year. The rest of the time the apartment is all yours!

All rooms in apartment have parquet floors except kitchen and bathroom. Lots of light. Access to roof. Share bathroom, kitchen and large living room with bay windows.
