Hey,
We are two nice non-profit workers who are looking for a 2bd apartment. One of us is a fundraiser and performance artist; one of us is a political consultant.

We have no guarantor, make good incomes, and have ok credit and good recent credit (it's hard being a queer youth on your own!). We want a 2bd, rent stabilized, in Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, PLG, Ditmas, or Flatbush.

Our ceiling is $1,600, but we can go upwards as needed.
