"As the weather warms up, so will the housing market. And all indications say that this is the year of the turnaround. Competition for houses leads to bidding wars, and a stronger market will lead to higher interest rates."
And I was right! The market is soaring here. I was lucky enough to help one Home Seller sell her home. We sold it in 6 days -- got multiple offers and the winning offer was above the list price. And we weren't the only ones. A few other home sellers in my neighborhood experience the same thing.
If you're thinking to buy, now certainly is the time. Mortgage rates may hold at these all-time-low levels for some months to come, but home prices are rising and the inventory of good houses is shrinking.
