Today, Monday Oct. 17, around 5:00 pm I saw two dogs running north on Court Street. They ran across Court Street and continued right down Dean St. One dog looked like a miniature Australian shepherd dog and the other was a beagle. I assume they got off their leashes or somehow escaped. I'm not sure if they were attached to each other.
