I just got my new lease and it keeps me wondering how long I can stay in NYC. I love this city so much, but she just takes everything out of me like the good gold digging whore she is.
And if you like nightlife, like I do, Queens, Bronx and HEAVEN FORBID Staten Island are just not great subway/midnight commuting options.
The young are often willing to pay more for small apartments than others. As they get older, they move elsewhere and new young people move in.
It is a cycle.
