How to fight ticket b/c of new bus stops on Classon and Franklin?

It seems some new bus stops went up on Classon and Franklin. I always park on Classon and hadn't noticed them (1 in front of Abigails), and had my car towed on Friday. Does anyone know how to find out what the rules are for informing the public this is going to happen? Also how to find out when they actually were installed? I'm wondering if I have a leg to stand on in fighting the ticket.

This was announced last summer, went into effect January 6.

Looks like you will have to pay.
