I haven't had TW Cable all day. I'm in the Heights, and it's been out since 9 AM this morning. I have Triple Play, so that means no phone line, Internet, or TV. Fortunately, I have a 4G cell connection supplied by my office. I went around the corner to Montague, and they have cable running there.
What gives? Is anyone else down in the Heights? You only get a message when you call that they are working on it.
