      Hello Laura B!

      My elderly neighbor trapped two kittens from the back yard (there are still a few more roaming around). He went to Grand Army Plaza a few weeks ago and stood on line for hours and got turned away from the ASPCA truck, He is on a very fixed income and does not travel well. Do you have any ideas on how he can get his cats fixed? He has a male and female.

      People can also contact the Toby Project which has public vans and is lower cost than the ASPCA vans now.
