It is boring to go to GYM alone.and i think it is easy to give up if i always go there alone.So i want to ask someone to exercise together.We can eccourage each other and sometimes maybe we can protect each other when we do the strength training! If you want that too.please post

Hey! I'd like to, but my schedule changes every day and, besides that, I travel a lot. BUT, here is a suggestion, you can try to go to classes so you can exercise with a group. It's so much fun and motivating! I go the the YMCA in Park Slope, there are so many different classes...and instructors are great! Just an idea...it works for me!
