      Anyone know what happened with 1235 Pacific St? It was listed for a couple weeks and there was a for sale sign out front. The sign's been gone for a few days and StreetEasy lists a sale on 9/4 but no purchase price. Any intel?

      Have patience. It usually takes a month or so before the public record is updated with the sale amount.

      Good call. Though, sometimes StreetEasy lists a sale when there isn't one. Nothing on ACRIS yet...
