Island Cz? Peculiar name. It looks like a high-end reno, so I wouldn't expect it to be so screwy.

Actually, it seems the name is "Island CV Cafe". Either I (or my source) made a typo originally.

Why not maybe money is the issue. And there is no need for a rush to open there is so many other new ideas popping up on Franklin ave example the coffee shops! Lol
