Call for Artists
The Walt L. Shamel Community Garden is looking for artists to participate in Art on Dean—our annual neighborhood art show.
This is a great event that gives artists of all kinds an opportunity to display and sell their work in a beautiful outdoor setting amid music, food and fun.
There is no fee to participate, though we ask that artists make a donation to the garden if they sell their work.
Art on Dean will be from 1-7 p.m. on Saturday, August 18. The garden is on Dean Street between Franklin and Bedford Aves. in Crown Heights.
