      I wish them luck.
      Their demographic
      is rapidly
      hipster-supplanted
      whose whims likely prefer
      Keith Haring shtick,
      over Afro-exotic hangings
      on their walls.
Not that there's anything wrong with Haring
      ;/ .
      There isn't.

Her other store, located in Dumbo, appears to be doing really well.

MHA: will you support this new gallery opening on Classon at Lincoln?

A broker from Ideal Properties tells us that a coffee shop and designer gallery, to be called Nouvelle Vag, signed a five-year lease for 468 Lincoln Place, at Classon Avenue. Not many more details beyond that, but the space should open around Labor Day. This is in one of the newly renovated commercial spaces that line both Lincoln Place and Classon Avenue.

If not, please do articulate why you support the one coming to Franklin and not this one.

One must limit how much one expresses one's thoughts.

I guess the answer depends upon context, the speaker, and how the word is pronounced.

I heard their name was originally going to be "Olde Vag".

Glad to hear about Calabar reopening in the area.

More fun commentary on the coffee shop over here:

      http://www.brownstoner.com/blog/2012/07/coffee-shopgallery-nabs-space-on-classon-avenue/#disqus_thread

It's my understanding that the front- er - "entrance" will be in the form of a verticle slit, with an awning (or...ahem..."hood") over it.

Immediately inside (but no one knows where, exactly) is a cozy corner called The G Spot, where you can order multiple coffees.

Is it like a Dan Brown novel or something?
