Desperately need help with young cat and her newborn kittens

There is a super friendly young cat (under a year) that has been hanging around our block for the last few weeks. At first I thought she belong to someone because she is so sweet and approaches everyone. However, I recently found out that she is a stray and tonight I found out she has 6 kittens that are about 3 weeks old. I am desperate to find her a home. I cannot take them because my husband is allergic and my dog is cat aggressive

If anyone could foster her and the kitties please contact me immediately. Since it is kitty season every rescue group is full so I am out of options.

Vivian! Can't help with the cats, but Lucy says, "hi!" We do, too.

...not that there's anything wrong with that.
