JUSTIN TAYLOR is the author of the acclaimed story collection Everything Here Is the Best Thing Ever and the forthcoming novel The Gospel of Anarchy. He is a co-editor of The Word Made Flesh: Literary Tattoos from Bookworms Worldwide and The Agriculture Reader. His fiction and nonfiction have been widely published in journals, magazines, and websites, including The Believer, The Nation, The New York Tyrant, the Brooklyn Rail, Flaunt, HTMLGIANT.com, and National Public Radio. He lives in Brooklyn.
BETH GREENFIELD is the author of the memoir Ten Minutes from Home. She received her M.A. in journalism from New York University and has since written about travel, entertainment, gay culture, and parenting for publications including the New York Times, Lonely Planet guidebooks, Out, Time Out New York Kids, and Time Out New York, where she is currently a staff editor. She lives in New York City and Provincetown.
PETER HYMAN is the author of the essay collection The Reluctant Metrosexual: Dispatches from an Almost Hip Life. He has written about culture, trends, and the arts for a number of publications, including The New York Times, The New York Observer, GQ, Spin, The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, Slate.com, Portfolio, and McSweeneys. His writing has been included in a half-dozen anthologies, including The Best American Essays 2010 (as a Notable selection), Bar Mitzvah Disco, and Rejected: Tales Of The Failed, Dumped And Canceled. He has held staff/contributor positions at Vanity Fair, Drill, Radar, Men.style.com, and other publications. Currently, he is the editor of Netted, a web site and daily email focused on online websites (and the culture therein). He lives in Brooklyn with his family.
EVA TALMADGE is the co-editor of The Word Made Flesh: Literary Tattoos from Bookworms Worldwide. Her fiction has appeared in Subtropics, The New York Tyrant, The Agriculture Reader, and New Orleans Review, among other publications. Her short story "The Cranes" was cited as Notable Nonrequired Reading in Best American Nonrequired Reading 2009 (Dave Eggers, ed.). She is a graduate of the University of Florida and the MFA program at Hunter College.
DAN LOPEZ is a graduate of the creative writing program at the University of Central Florida. He is a past associate artist-in-residence at the Atlantic Center for the Arts, where he worked with the poet and novelist Sapphire. His work has appeared in Mary Literary Quarterly, Storychord, Ducts, Prick of the Spindle, Time Out New York, and other publications, and is featured in the new anthology The Best of PANIC!
