I promised I'd let you all know when I was selling, so..

On Saturday, May 7th my Girl Scout troops will be selling delicious Girl Scout cookies at Launch Pad Brooklyn (721 Franklin Avenue) from 10am until 1pm.

Cookies are first-come - but we just ordered 30 cases (so 360 boxes) of cookies, so we should be good for the 3 hour sale.

Stop by, say hello, get cookies, and help our troops!

I have 3 troops selling (Daisies(K&1), Brownies(2&3), and Juniors(4&5)) and we are raising money to go on a Harlem History Tour in June. We will get to go on a hiphop bus tour, a behind-the-scenes tour of The Apollo Theater, and get a history tour of the area. Unfortunately, it's a bit pricey, but the girls are really excited for it. Please help us raise money and get some great cookies!

You should save me some Thin Mints and Samoas.

For better or worse, the change on Nostrand is going to make the change on Franklin look minor.

This says that cookie sales are over at the Pop-Up shops on Thursday -- meaning if you miss it this week, our sale will be your last chance before next season! Don't forget!

People love cookies. I had nothing to do with this event, but it sounds both interesting and gross. It's a beer and Girl Scout cookie pairing event. I only say gross because they're pairing a Double IPA with a chocolate/peanut butter cookie? No bueno. But thought I'd share this event nearby-ish.

      The info:
May 11th: Beer and Girl Scout Cookies
Well, this has to be one of the strangest, yet most awesome beer events I’ve seen. Join Speakeasy at The Double Windsor (210 Prospect Park West, at 16th St., Windsor Terrace) next Wednesday at 7pm for a Beer and Girl Scout Cookie Pairing. I can’t make this up. On the menu: Payback Porter and Thin Mints, White Lightning and Samoas, Double Daddy Imperial IPA and Tagalongs, and more delicious pairings. Take this to dessert.

What kind of cookies will be available at your event?

How much is a box of cookies?

All jokes aside, I will bike into BK Saturday if you can save me like 5 boxes of Tagalongs

I just unloaded the cookies in Launch Pad. I thought that 30 cases was a lot -- it's really not looking like that many cookies now that they're stacked here. If you are serious about getting them, I'd recommend coming earlier rather than later.

So, CTK, bike down for a 10am cookie pick-up!

I just found out that thin mints go well with eggs.

      Who knew?

PS. At least 20 girl scouts on Franklin Ave selling cookies until 1 pm

Thanks to everyone who came out and supported our troops! We sold most of the cookies - on average, we sold 5 boxes every 3 minutes. Thanks!

I was in and out of there like a drug addict

Got my Tagalongs though! Hopefully 5 boxes will be enough.

      Hi xlizellx,

The GSUSA Cookie Locator does not list any results for NYC. Do you have any info regarding this year's booths?

I am so sorry, just saw this!

I don't have a troop this year unfortunately. But here is one way to find cookies

You can text or check the website for local sales. There are also apps you can download to find cookies near you. You can also buy them at the council office on 23rd and 6th in Manhattan.

      Hi xlizellz,

Thank you for the update, the Council office is right near mine.
