Graduate students from The New School University are working on a study with the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce to do some research and generate ideas on how to create a Central Brooklyn Children’s Zone in North Crown Heights.

Opportunities are being considered with the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, Jewish Children’s Museum, Weeksville Heritage Center, St. John’s Recreation Center, and other local institutions and businesses.

      The students want your input!

      What do you think?

What role could these major cultural institutions in the area have in strengthening North Crown Heights’ commercial corridors, specifically along the Kingston Avenue corridor?

Email your ideas by February 28th to Tara at kleit620@newschool.edu.

For better or worse, the change on Nostrand is going to make the change on Franklin look minor.
