Personally I only stopped in because it was convenient on my walk home from the subway, will be interesting to see how it does south of EP.

They're not moving because it is bigger and better. they're moving because the landlord doubled the rent.
Would (can) someone please remind me what they sell?
And, when you think about it, they probably first opened on Franklin Avenue because they could not afford the rent in a higher priced area, like Park Slope.
In my mind, the real question is "Is the area around their destination CURRENTLY as able and interested in buying their products as those 720 Franklin were and have been?"
