$346 per square foot? Not bad at all.

They erroneously refer to this as Prospect Heights.

Oh good. I live two doors down. Can't wait for several years worth of construction noise!

I live across the road, I can't wait for something to be built on the rat infested eyesore that is this property.

The Spring of 2013 will be busy.....

It could be occupied in the Spring of 2014 if they are serious.

For better or worse, the change on Nostrand is going to make the change on Franklin look minor.

Went by there with puppy a few days ago and the foundation digging is on like Donkey Kong...

Interesting - looks like a fair amount of foundation work was done (maybe in 2003, based on a DOB BIS search) and then perhaps filled in 2009 - after three years of being a stalled hole in the ground - according to this thread: http://brooklynian.com/forum/crown-heights-and-prospect-lefferts-gardens/500-sterling-place-demolition

It's interesting to me because for all the stalled sites around CH and PH, I've yet to see another poured basement get filled in.

Here is another thread re: the same lot.

It includes the number of units (38) that were planned at some point, but that could have changed:
