Oh good. I live two doors down. Can't wait for several years worth of construction noise!
I live across the road, I can't wait for something to be built on the rat infested eyesore that is this property.

Interesting - looks like a fair amount of foundation work was done (maybe in 2003, based on a DOB BIS search) and then perhaps filled in 2009 - after three years of being a stalled hole in the ground - according to this thread: http://brooklynian.com/forum/crown-heights-and-prospect-lefferts-gardens/500-sterling-place-demolition
It's interesting to me because for all the stalled sites around CH and PH, I've yet to see another poured basement get filled in.
