Tap Water Running Brown

Is anyone else having a problem with their tap water? Mine started running brown last night at about 10:00pm. It was fine before that.

The sidewalk is being removed along Franklin at Union...looks like they plan to remove about 1.5 blocks of sidewalk along the ave...installing some "pipes". Not sure if this is related
