Tattoo parlor for Washington

      The good folks at the Washington Ave Prospect Heights Association have informed me that the former beauty parlor at this location will become a tattoo parlor.

      ....still in the beauty business!

      For better or worse, the change on Nostrand is going to make the change on Franklin look minor.
