      Summer Camp Open House!
      Theater games! Surprises! Refreshments!
      March 20, 3 – 5:30pm
      FREE ADMISSION! Ages 6 - 15

      Irondale Center, Fort Greene, Brooklyn presents a free, fun-filled open house event Sunday, March 20, 3- 5:30pm. Attendees will be able to learn about and experience the many wonderful programs that the Irondale center has to offer during the summer including theater games, Improv classes, surprises and more! Meet with our experienced and highly qualified program teachers, and discover a variety of new skills focused in the performing arts. Also, attendees of Open House will receive huge discounts off tickets to our current show Treasure Island!

      About Summer programs:


      Piecemakers Theater Workshop 1, July 5 – 8 & 11-15

      Create your own stories and put them on stage! This high energy workshop combines the basics of improvisation, storytelling, creative movement, and music to create a truly one-of-a-kind theatre piece. This program will includes a short presentation for family & friends on Friday, July 15 at 6:00pm

      Piecemakers: Theatre Workshop II, July 18-Aug 5

      For this fast-paced 3-week session, performers will take a hands-on role in every aspect of creating and presenting their very own theatre piece. Led by Irondale’s veteran company of actors, the Piecemakers will not only discover how to combine improv, dance, and music into an exciting performance, they’ll also explore how to create sets, costumes, and tech! The session concludes with 2 public performances on 8/5 & 8/6.
