New hours at G entrance on Washington?

Am I crazy, or did I just notice last night that the MTA finally made the Washington entrance at Clinton-Washington open 24 hours? I am so excited!!

Well, the sign says so, but apparently it's not in practice yet -- I came home Friday night and still had to walk from Clinton.
