The "We buy your house for cash now" people have siphoned off the least savvy homeowners.
Now, only the wiser, better-off people --those who are not desperate for cash, those who likely have intact woodwork and lovely kitchens-- remain.

Heh. Roughly 1/3 of my physical mail is from local brokers looking to get me to list my house. They also constantly leave postcards on my stoop. I get more of those than menus.
