Some friends in the neighborhood and I have organized a neighborhood litter cleanup for this coming Saturday, June 2nd.
We'll be meeting at the corner of 25th and 4th at noon, and picking up litter between 4th and 5th Avenues, from 25th St to 36th St. We'll go to Mary's Bar (5th and 22nd) afterward for some happy hour drinks (and the owner's offered to give us some free draught beer, too!) and snacks.
Bags and gloves are provided, though if you have outdoor brooms, rakes, or dustpans to help out, or your own work gloves, bring them!
