Looking for a realtor to deal with greenwood heights

    1. Hi.
I am already way too familiar with Sunset Park.

I am looking to move into a quieter area where I can keep a window garden. That means I want to move to Greenwood Heights proper i.e.: 5 through 7th avenue from Prospect Expressway to 25th street. Or the China town section of Sunset Park 8th or 9th avenue preferably near the 8th avenue D train stop. I am moving a few months after my lease expires circa April ( I hate winter moves).

I need leads for a responsible realtor, who will work with me and won't bait and switch me into living in some person's private house, or into Sunset Park proper.

You can try Maximus Realty on 7th Ave/16th St. Ask for Phil. Also Filmore Realty, address escapes me.

A word or two from the highest point in Brooklyn--Greenwood Hts.

Thank you lostingreenwoodhts I am going to try these realtors in March. I hope to be in a new place by April next year. If all goes really well, I can start moving by January.
