Do people think you're hilarious? Does everyone want you at their parties--sober? If you’ve been thinking about trying stand-up comedy, but don’t know where to start, you can't miss this FREE workshop on Saturday, December 11th, offered by Comix and the Manhattan Comedy School.
Speakers include:
- Chuck Nice – NBC The Today Show, VH1 Best Week Ever, WE TV Cinematherapy, Fox’s The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet, MSNBC Morning Joe & Dan Abrams
- Harrison Greenback –Spike TV, WE, IRIS Satellite Radio
- Andrew Engel – Director of New Talent at Comix
- Karen Bergen – Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, New Joke City, and her recent novel, “Following Polly,” has received rave reviews from The New York Times and Oprah. Karen is also the instructor for Manhattan Comedy School.
The next 6-week MCS Standup Comedy Class for Beginners starts on Wednesday, December 15th (no classes Dec. 22nd or 29th). Anyone who registers for the class at the free workshop will automatically receive a $40 discount.
