Dear fellow PH folk,
My name is Lindsay Mack, and I am a certified holistic health practitioner based in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. I am currently accepting new clients, and I wanted to offer my services!
I am a recent graduate of IiN in NYC, as well as Holistic MBA. I am a member of the Int'l Association for Health Coaches, and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I am the co-owner and co-founder of Sophrosune Wellness, located in Manhattan. I have taught workshops in NJ and NY, and for companies such as Barclays bank and Satya Jewelry. I work out of my home in Brooklyn half of the week, and in Manhattan during the other half. It would be a joy to work with you in my home, or in yours.
I offer several wellness packages (3-4 hour intensive, 30 day, 90 day, 6 month) that can be tailored to your specifications! My prices are upon request, and I offer sliding scale and payment plans.
My specialties regarding client services include: cupboard cleanses/kitchen makeovers, weight loss, converting to a different diet (vegan, gluten free, etc), creating meal plans, helping busy moms (or dads!) with fast, easy, and healthy meals, working to naturally ease the symptoms of anxiety, depression, SAD with lifestyle/nutritional changes, and working with parents to find nutritional/holistic solutions for their child who is diagnosed with ADD/ADHD. I have phenomenal references and client testimonials, also upon request!
I do NOT believe in crash dieting, deprivation, and I will never ask you to make drastic changes to your lifestyle or diet! I also don't believe in one way of eating! We will work together over a period of time to address your health and wellness concerns, and make deliberate changes over time to ensure that steps you take together will be lasting.
