      Property on four beautiful acres with large open field (which is a perfect sledding hill come winter).       Only 55 miles from NYC; Warwick, NY offers: rolling hills, dairy farms, apple orchards, farmers markets, wineries, antique stores, great restaurants, bowling, Drive-In movie theater, many golf courses, world-class frisbee golf course, yoga, tai-chi, hiking on the Appalachian Trail, Wawayanda State park (over 34,000 acres of park!) with sandy beach, lark lage, canoeing, mountain biking, seven miles from Greenwood Lake (largest lake in Orange County), six miles from Sugarloaf (arts and crafts village), 15 minutes from Sterling Forest (New York Renaissance Festival!), 15 minutes from Vernon, NJ, (Mountain Creek Water Park and Ski Mountain/Minerals Spa), 20 minutes from Woodbury Commons (huge shopping outlets in Harriman, NY), etc.!
