Receive free expert advice about navigating the applications process for middle- and high-school students!
THURSDAY, October 4th 6 - 8 p.m. Insideschools, the website which has information and resources for parents on New York City public schools, will be presenting a free workshop about middle and high school admissions at the Carroll Gardens Library (6-7 PM will focus on middle schools and 7-8 PM on high schools). Pamela Wheaton, Insideschools.org's managing editor, will be discussing admissions policies, application procedures and deadlines, what to look for in a school and how to find the best fit for your child. Parents are encouraged to come with questions. The Carroll Gardens Library is at 396 Clinton Street, at the corner of Union Street. Admission is free. This was a popular event last year and we're glad to have Pamela return!
