This workshop will focus on the HEART, our wonderful organ of perception! During our time together we will invite our hearts to open, allowing for deeper aesthetic understanding, listening, singing, moving, and celebrating this wonderful instrument that lives inside us all, guiding us and teaching us to live in compassion and loving-kindness towards ourselves and others. Led by Katie Downs, MM, MMT, MT-BC, LCAT
