PACC is currently accepting applications of interest for our brand new affordable studios for rent at 40 Vanderbilt Avenue - a new development in Fort Greene-Wallabout. 40 Vanderbilt was designed by award-winning architects, who have incorporated many green features into the building. This is a great opportunity to live in a newly-constructed building that is part of the larger Navy Green master plan, which will include over 458 units of mixed-income housing, a beautifully landscaped common green, retail stores, and community facility spaces.
The studios are for single adults with incomes ranging from $21,774 to $28,650, and monthly rents are between $492 and $664 (full -time students are not eligible). The building has round the clock security in the lobby along with a state of the art security camera system. Every apartment is fully furnished and there is on-site laundry, meeting spaces and in the near future will boast a fitness room and computer lab. On-site social services will be available to all residents and provided by Brooklyn Community Housing and Services, a local non-profit.
