It's close to the the A,C trains at Utica. Both trains gets you to midtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. B46 bus a block away gets you to downtown Brooklyn/LIU in 10 minutes. Woodhull hospital and Interfaith are close by.
It is $550 a month and it includes heat, hot water, cooking gas. You would be responsible for splitting the electricity and expenses such as Wi-fi, cable.
It is available for end of January, Feb 1st move-in. 6 month to 1 year leases are available. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
