I'm posting this for my girlfriend. She's looking for a female roommate to take over half a lease that runs through August of next year. The details?

Its in Park Slope, located on 5th Ave near all the shops and just a few blocks away from Prospect Park and the FGR Line (4th/9th St). You've got a supermarket, laundry services, and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes of the house.

It's located on 5th Ave and 5th Street, a first floor apartment.

Electric and Gas are monthly bills, not included in the rent (which is 1300$ a month). The room has a more recent coat of paint on it, and as you can see from the photo, its a decent sized closet. The previous person had room for her bed, desk, and a dresser as well. The rest of the house has a spacious kitchen/common area, which could be an alternate place for a desk.

I highly doubt the whole rent is 1300. It would have been rented in a NY minute if it was....
