Does anyone know of a bar in the slope (or anywhere in Brooklyn) that has a trivia night? I have some friends and we play at some places in Manhattan but would love to hang in Brooklyn. Any suggestions?

I'd love to go check out Black Sheep.

I wish some of these bars would start them earlier. A 9pm start often means it doesn't really get going until almost 10.

And, in fact a new event once a month -- trivial pursuit and game board night! Feb 11th, 6:30-10.

Very loosely organized, many games available -- and you're welcome to bring your own! Join in on starting up or in-progress games or start your own with your friends!

lots of fun and totally free.

Yes, but I still keep some sort of schedule....and since you usually bring your own team, my friend who have jobs can't go out this late.

Time to find a bunch of night-owls to keep you company when the day-shifters can't keep up, no?

      Rehashing an old topic....

Thinking about going for a trivia night tonight (Wednesday). I know Black Sheep is one option.

I looked at Lighthouse's site and didn't see anything about trivia night. I know they've made some changes over the last year (imho, not for the better) so I'm not sure if they still do the trivia.

Any other suggestions? places I'm not thinking of?

Yeah, you just need some day-shifters with some late late skills. MK and I will show you how its done.

Yes, I think you're correct that Ellis had trivia. That would have been perfect location for me. Unfortunately, Ellis had some flooding during that round of bad storms and I don't think they've re-opened since.

We went to Black Sheep and they weren't having trivia this week, probably because of the holiday. Too bad.

True. It was just the fourth posting about it. I apologize for being testy.
