Has anyone ever gone to play bingo in that place on 5th Ave near 9th St? Is it expensive to play? Any other things to do for an old lady (61 in Jan) in this town? Thanks. I am looking for a hobby.

"Old lady?" Rosita, by my standards (I'm 65), you're a hot young chick! And I'm not the oldest poster on these boards... At least one other lady has identified her age as older than mine.

So consider yourself young, and forget about bingo... Think music clubs, like Southpaw!

Yeah I like live music. Where are good places to go where it's ok if you're not 20 years old? I don't like people puking on me and I don't drink either.

I live around the corner from that Bingo place on 5th Ave. My girlfriends and I joke that we will really know that we have become very old ladies if we start to go to play Bingo there and our restaurant of choice is Daisy's Dinner. That is where the Bingo ladies go for an after Bingo meal.
