Has anyone else checked out this new comic store called Brooklyn Comics and more? It’s on 7th Ave by Prospect Ave (in the space where a different comic store called Brooklyn Monsters used to be). Anyway, I thought the place just has a really interesting selection with some good prices… He had an old 1960 Casper the Friendly Ghost comic which he sold me for 0.75 cents. He also had a book of reprints of old 1950s Tales from the Crypt comics for which the publisher put $7 on the cover, but he sold it to me for just $2. The guy seems real friendly, and seems to be a real comic historian, happy to talk forever to customers about comics. Interesting place. Worth checking out.

To Garth, thanks a lot! We’re so glad you like our store.
To DanielJ, we opened this past November.
To donewaiting, we are different owners than the Brooklyn Monster Factory, but some of the former BMF employees still work here.
And to everyone, please check out this new video about our store
We hope to see you here soon!
