He is the gas-lamp repairman featured recently in the Wall Street Journal.
Thanks!

I'm laughing because I know Allen through acting, and had NO idea he did gas lamps! Send me your email and I'll pass it on.
Justin
Thanks justindanielnyc, but when I got home last night I found a flyer from Allen on my gas lamp! Funny. I have his contact info now.
he just cleaned and repaired our gas lamp, which had been sitting there unused for years, and did a great job. not only does he know what he's doing and charges reasonably, he came when he said he would and then just fixed it -- no waiting around for a second appointment or ordering parts. i was happy with his work and love having the lamp lighted.
he also said he would be happy for me to post his phone number here for anyone who wants it: 917-318-8059.
Hi- this is Allen McCullough. I do repair Gas lamps (featured on the WSJ.com site). I can be reached at 917 318 8059, but hurry- winter is coming and I hate working in the cold.
I am still repairing lamps, can still be reached at 917 318 8059, but will be gone for much of summer '12.
Call soon or in the fall.
Thanks
