I had the rare luxury of sleeping in today and am out of the loop re the helicopters hovering over Park Slope. Nothing on the NY1 site, but their site takes a while. I'm on 7th & Union and it sounds like they're right overhead. Has the line for the shuttle at the Barclay Center wound its way all the way down here? Rioting at the co-op? Just curious because it sounds like multiple choppers. Just wondering what could draw so many news crews.

Its the FOX helicopters for Good day NY looking at the bus line at Barclay's center. And there was only 1 as far as I could see/hear.

At 9:30 AM, the 5 thick line of pedestrians went from the corner of Pacific and Flatbush, to the intersection of Bergen and Pacific, then turned down Bergen toward Atlantic.
I'd estimate about 5,000 people.
...very patient, well behaved people when I walked by.
Waiting for the shuttle buses, and being photogenic for the helicopters
For better or worse, the change on Nostrand is going to make the change on Franklin look minor. -
