A very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous to all on the Park Slope Blog. My memories of New Years Eve in the Slope are great. We used to go from house to house and wish all our friends and neighbors a HAPPY NEW YEAR. Of course we had a drink at each house. At midnight we banged pots and pans, blew horns and made sure every one was awake. I hope you enjoy tonight in your own way and end up home safe and sound.

Happy new year as well - may the new year be joyful, peaceful and healthy for all! May only the good memories of past years continue and the sad ones fade away to become inconsequential.WHY am I always the meat in the middle of an imbecile sandwich?

May we all enjoy posts in the next year as annoying, frustrating, stimulating and satisfying (not necessarily all in the same posts, of course) as those in the year just passed... and may we all enjoy good health and fortune as well!

A prosperous new decade for all.
