I need to redo my U-shaped galley kitchen immedately for 30K max. I am seeking a designer or underemployed/unemployed architect to help me. It would be good if the designer/architect had access to quality cabinets and fixtures and other resources and could do the construction him or herself. There will be very little plumbling or electrical work involved. You must be able to stick to a schedule.

Is it ok to offer a $100 finder's fee to anyone who can find someone to complete the kitchen project well and on time or a bonus to the person who actually takes the job and does it well? Thank you!

we used Basic Builders out of New Jersey to demolish and install our galley kitchen. They primarily use IKEA cabinets. They did an amazing job, did everything on time and were much cheaper than the other design/contractors we talked to

My name is Omer, and I know a master carpenter who is also a contractor for any interior work and modifications, he lives in Brooklyn I do know park slope or sunset park, I met him around 2004 when he renovated a duplex for my in-laws on Sterling pl, this is the guy who design and build high ends bars and lounges, I mean I watched the guy created a fantastic duplex that was rented for $4800 a month in 2005.
This guy is also very responsible and charges a reasonable price, you can also pay him by the day, also he has all connections for anything he needs, this is an old park slope contractor and master carpenter who works with his own hands he is around 60 years old.
One advantage about him is he takes one job at the time, most of the time he is booked for the next two to three jobs.
You will be lucky and I am sure very happy if you take your job.
PLease fell free to e-mail me if you need me to connect you with him, and his name is Sean , I promise I will find his number in the next 24 hours.

      Good Luck

      Omer
