S/W/M is a (former Brooklyn) writer looking to get re-settled here. Am now nearing the termination of a summer sublet in Prospect-Lefferts. Great 'hood, but a little distant from my two jobs (one at ABC TV in Manhattan; the other at Slope Cellars in Park Slope).
If at all possible, I'd like to find an affordable sublet or share within walking distance of Slope Cellars (7th Ave. and 15th St.). Divorced with two kids, both of whom are now away at college. Am looking for something modest and with no drama. My primary needs are a bed and a shower -- and occasional use of the kitchen facilities.
Please let me know if YOU know of anything. In the case of a share, I'm completely indifferent to the question of gender or sexual orientation.
If at all possible, I'd like to keep my monthly obligation down around $800.
