I need a person to hunt down this dude and serve him the freshly minted order of protection so he stops stalking me. Do we know anyone I can pay for this? A big guy would be best, or a hot girl. Thanks

I'm available tomorrow evening. I can have at least one other suitable male to accompany me.
-
Thanks but I need a professional dick.
-
Scar - they should have given you a copy of the report. This report will have his home address. With that, all you need is a process server and not a PI. In NY they have what is called "nail and mail" which means if he is not home after they try 3 times they can mail it to him and nail it to his door. That would be considered proper service.
If you still need a PI let me know I have one as well as a process server
-
You don't need a PI to serve him, just a process server. You can actually have anyone you know do it.
-
A) he's homeless
B) I don't want to put any of my friends at risk. He's seriously sick.So yes to the PI who will hunt for him. Thanks
-
PM'd you.
-
Oh, didn't know that. Good luck to you then
-
If he's "sick" I doubt a piece of paper will keep him away. We don't even want to go into how many women were beaten/killed even though they had an order of "non"-protection. I wish you the best of good luck and keep pepper spray handy.
-
True. But the cops are cooperating with me so I am playing by their rules as well. Pepper spray is useless. He would only rage through it.
-
perhaps an assassin is in order. Anyone have any recommendations?
whoa hey whoa hey whoa -
This thread is unbelievably inappropriate.
I seriously doubt that the cops are "cooperating" with you. My intuition tells me that they are simply "dealing" with you... and here's why:
1. The police take this sort of thing VERY VERY seriously... that fact that you didn't get ALL the information you need from the police or the DA on the case is shocking. You shouldn't have to come here to find out what to do.
2. What you are doing it illegal. You can't discuss the details of an open case publicly. No exceptions. Not even a anonymous message board. Period.
A good lawyer gets your ex off the hook based on this thread... I'm not kidding.

Right.... Those are some really great stats you got there.
The fact is, in Brooklyn, in Park Slope, if a girl has an order of protection and it get violated that violator gets arrested. All the girl has to do is call the precinct - they WILL find him and they WILL arrest him within hours.
Furthermore, depending on the severity of the violation that guy is looking at SERIOUS jail time. Case closed.
In THIS case... I'm assuming their has yet to be an order of protection issued.

Get a shotgun & license and keep it at home if he follows one day.

Whoa--mods????

DR- where on this whole site do you see any details of this case? Fact is, his case, for now, is closed. She got an O.O.P., so it's now HER case. Still, no details (yea, he's homeless, that really gives it away :eyeroll:) that would identify him or her.
She DID get all the info from the authorities (they don't give you a list of PI's that they recommend, fyi- it's a conflict of interest). What she's doing is actually NOT illegal. Stop ASSuming.
